To be honest, I never really explored Paris on any of my previous trips to Vegas. So I was really excited when I realized that the casino that we were staying at, Bally's, was connected to Paris. On the second day of our stay, we had breakfast at Le Cafe Ile St. Louis. I had the Scramble and a Chocolate Croissant, my sister the Vanilla Bean French Toast, and my dad had the Omelet.
I didn't manage to get a shot of any of the food because I was so hungry, so I apologize for that. As for the food, I honestly wouldn't recommend the Scramble, which was pretty much just scrambled eggs with chives and mascarpone cheese. I found it to be too rich without much flavor. The potatoes that came with the dish on the side were alright, I liked the seasoning but the potatoes themselves were a bit mushy for me. The chocolate croissant that I ordered tasted good, but it was served cold to me so I didn't enjoy it as much as I thought I would. As for my sister's Vanilla Bean French Toast, I would definitely recommend that. It was made with brioche bread and the bite I had was absolutely divine. My dad enjoyed his omelet, and it certainly looked great.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was that of a street side Parisian cafe, which I think worked. It didn't look tacky and I enjoyed people watching since we could see folks as they walked around the shops inside the casino.
