Las Vegas, Nevada Photo Diary

I've been to Vegas around ten times over the course of my life, with my last trip in 2005. As such, I was excited to be able to come back to the Strip as an adult. Although I am not a party-going gal (they bore me to tears unless I am with a close and large group of friends), there are A LOT of alcohol-free things to do on the Strip.

For Shopping:

The Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood
The Forum Shops at Caesar's Palace
The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian

Sightseeing:

Siegfried and Roy's Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat at the Mirage
Shark Reef Aquarium at Mandalay Bay
High Roller at The Linq
Thrill Rides at The Stratosphere

Or one of the many shows.

With Vegas, the nice part is that you don't always have to plan out your day since you can simply walk along the Strip and into any of the casinos. Many of the casinos are connected and there is a Monorail that runs between a few of the casinos. If you don't have a hotel on the Strip (which I would recommend since that makes your day less of a hassle due to the traffic), know that you can Self-Park at any of the casinos for free.
