5 Reasons You Should Take a Cruise

The port of Montego Bay, Jamaica

1. It is a stress free travel method where you can visit multiple locations in comfort (no cancelled flights, lost luggage, or bad plane food).  In other words, you get to enjoy the journey as much as the destination. You can opt to sleep in and order room service for brunch, have an early dinner and catch a show, and/or lounge around the pool or deck all day, there are so many things to do!

2. There are so many options for choosing your cruise, whether you need something family friendly or are in the mood to party, you are sure to find something that works for you.

3. Although the beach is a great way to enjoy the sea, there is truly nothing better than the feeling of being on the ocean (okay, so maybe seasickness puts a damper on this, but just take some precautions and you're good to go).

4. Being on a ship makes you feel like a pirate on the high seas. Okay, so maybe it's a stretch, but for someone who spends basically all of her time on land, a cruise ship does the trick. In fact, one of the places we visited, the Cayman Islands, has Pirate Week!

5. You get the privilege of visiting some truly stunning locations, I was simply awestruck with the natural beauty of the locations that we visited. Jamaica in particular blew me away, especially due to our incredibly relaxing and enjoyable excursion to the Martha Brae River.
